I moved, so that means new shop! But to start digging out and being able to get organized, I had to make a new French Cleat wall. Here’s the easiest way I know how to do this by ripping down a 4′ x 8′ sheet of plywood with a circular saw set at a 45 degree angle. I measure 2.5″ all the way up the sheet and use a 1/2″ piece of OSB scrap to act as a guide rail for straight cuts.

Items used: 4′ x 8′ sheet of birch plywood 2.5″ wood screws

Tools used: Circular saw, clamps, drills, drill bit with countersink, level, stud finder, tape measurer

Cheers! And thanks for reading and watching!
